Microsoft offer a completely free version of the business accounts package that is suitable for a single user. You can use it to run your small business and it's completely free.
They obviously want you to upgrade to their full package as your business grows, but as a starting point this is a real bargain.
It will take care of your invoices, statements of accounts, purchase orders and for a small extra it'll also handle payroll.
